Rental Property Inventory Clerk Service - For rental/investment properties to help with the new tenancy deposit scheme and to keep your investment safe. AIIC trained staff with more than eight years experience. Using an independent clerk prevents any conflict of interest arguements, as invetories are now classed as a legal document for court purposes.

Rental Property Inspections - Annually, Half yearly and quarterly inspections carried out so you know if your property is being looked after without getting personally involved. 

Rental Property Check outs - Two levels offered both with full report and digital dated photographs of any damages, to help with smooth and easy case if any disputes arise.

At Property PA  - Relocation Division we are the buyers agent whether a city or countryside retreat we realise that your emotional and financial commitments are reflected in the property you choose.  In an increasingly busy and competitive world, engaging a professional property agent in such an important purchase is imperative. Whether you are a tenant looking for a rental home, corporate relocation, investor or vendor looking for that dream home Property PA  can help you.  We work alongside you to establish and understand your exact requirements providing a service tailored entirely to your needs. Once we have established a detailed brief we facilitate every step of the buying process.

Our Service Includes -  After a free, no obligation consultation the following are included in the property search, Acquisition and Relocation service-     

1. Viewings - Escorted property viewing will be organised on potential properties.

2. Constant feedback - Ongoing communication is crucial as the search progresses.

3. Digital Photographs - We will provide regular photographic and property detail information that closely match your given brief. (if possible in accordance with data protection)

4. Shortlist recommended properties - Once we have found a shortlist of three potential properties, a time suitable for yourself accompanied by us will be arranged to view. (depending on current climate and your criteria)

5. Local information - Provide our knowledge of local area for education and amenities.

6. Offer negotiated - All negotiations are handled by ourselves. Results demonstrate that more often than not our home finding service becomes self funding. It is essential to establish a considered opinion of value before starting negotiations in order to give you confidence in the price you ultimately pay.

7. Purchase through to completion - Once an offer is agreed, we will converse will all parties involved to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our fees - After obtaining a brief an initial registration fee is payable. We ask for the registration fee up front to cover expenses incurred during the property search. This fee covers a 3 month period refundable on success of completion.
